Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products (software indicators and community access), we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7-Day Guarantee

If you are experiencing technical issues with our indicators that our support team cannot resolve within 7 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact support@ixtradinghub.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable.
